Aubrey Collins

At the end of season banquet for Summit Motorsports Raceway, we at Patriot 500 Racing announced our Jr. Dragster program for the 2015 and 2016 full seasons. P500R is sponsoring a points race for all Jr.Drivers with a $2500 season prize and P500R Sponsorship. Additionally Patriot 500 Racing signed a 2015 Ambassador for the program carrying the same sponsor deal and cash payouts.

Ms. Aubrey Collins was chosen after several months of searching for the Jr. Driver that best fit the integrity and moral compass Patriot 500 Racing upholds. Aubrey was selected without prior knowledge last night while her parents Danielle and Logan held the secret with us. After dinner at the signing party, Aubrey endorsed the deal and her team was given P500R shirts, crew jerseys, and membership to Patriot 500 Racing.

Aubrey's Visit to Mickey Thompson Tires and Wheels

Friends and fellow racers were on hand to congratulate Aubrey and partake in the excitement generated for the upcoming seasons race for points and sponsorship. 19 year old former Jr. Driver and mentor Heather Saalman was one of the first to find Aubrey, grab her and just hug her! The comradery and sportsmanship I witnessed by these "kids" is exactly the reason we chose the Jr. Dragster program.
Patriot 500 Racing is so excited for this next chapter and competition of champions already at heart!

Part of the program is to mentor our younger generations. Recently we attended a day at Mickey Thompson with our Jr Driver, Aubrey Collins and her parents. The day was spent learning about the technology behind tires ranging from Baja Desert Racing to Land Speed Racing to our beloved Drag Racing. The Collins were as excited about the day as we were. We had lunch with everyone and finished the day with a tour through the warehouse where we got to check out a pair of 700 mph tested land speed tires that will be used by Mickey Thompson's son this year when he attempts to break the record!

2016 & 2017 Ambassador
Morgan Curtis
Morgan Curtis - 2017 Sponsorship

Replacing ambassador Aubrey Collins with a track championship in the intermediate class for 2016 was 11 year old Morgan Curtis.

This coming 2017 season champion winner of the Patriot500 Racing Junior sponsorship was once again our very talented and driven Morgan Curtis!!!

Morgan fought a very tough battle on the track coming all the way down to the final race of the season to earn the very much coveted points each round produces. Morgan topped the Novice, Intermediate & Advance classes earning 15 with 2 track wins, 3 more final appearances and 2 semi-final appearances.

We are so completely exhilarated Morgan will represent P500R Juniors once again and we look for even more incredible and exciting times together on and off the track. - AJ Myers
